Skype problem - solved

If your Skype doesn't work do the following: just delete (or backup) this file C:\users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Skype\shared.xml

Don't forget to turn on in windows explorer "show hidden folders", otherwise you wouldn't see AppData.
